Nancy attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating in May 1995 and was admitted to practice in February 1996.  Prior to attending law school she obtained both Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from SUNY at Albany in the field of Criminal Justice.   

Returning to the Capital Region in 1997, Nancy began working as an Associate Attorney with an area law firm.  There she began representing the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 669 on all matters including litigation, representation before the National Labor Relations Board and labor arbitrations.   Her practice areas also included extensive work in domestic relations law and family court matters, civil litigation, bankruptcy, social security disability and supplemental security income, criminal and traffic matters.

In 2005, Nancy joined Suzanne Latimer to form the law firm of Latimer/Stroud, LLP.  Nancy continues to represent a number of area labor unions including the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 669 and the Amalgamated Transit Union, Local Division 1321.  Her practice includes custody, child support, separation agreements, divorce, and representation as an attorney for the child.  She also provides representation in social security disability, supplemental security income, and criminal law and traffic matters.
